1. Busworld Vehicle Awards
For the 21st time, Busworld Europe organises a competition for vehicles presented by exhibitors at Busworld Europe.
Important change of address!
The competion will be organised at Kortrijk Expo, due to practical difficulties in Brussels.
So first you need to deliver your vehicle to Kortrijk Expo for the busworld awards competition. And after the competition, you need to bring it to Brussels Expo for the show.
Who can participate?
Vehicle manufacturers with a booth at Busworld Europe, with a vehicle type that will be presented in the show.
If you win, you need to be able to show that vehicle to the visitors, either in your booth or as a demonstration vehicle outside.
What vehicles are allowed?
There are 2 categories (bus - coach). If your vehicle meets the conditions of the category, you can participate.

| 13.06.25 | Deadline participation via online application form - 1 per vehicle |
| 01.08.25 | Deadline technical data sheet via online form - per vehicle |
| 26.09.25 | Delivery of the vehicle between 2pm and 7pm at Kortrijk Expo (change of address)! |
| 27.09.25 | Test day at KORTRIJK EXPO |
| 03.10.23 | Handover of the Grand Awards during the Opening Gala |
