TEMSA will provide its customers with a new experience in more than 17 languages thanks to the new call center the Turkish manufacturer started in in Europe. Alongside the call center TEMSA also launched “Free Roadside Assistance Service for Three Years”.
TEMSA states that its organizational overhaul last year allowed the company into a new era of growth in Europe, introducing these two new services to enhance the user experience. TEMSA says it has seen the past year a global growth in strategic markets, especially in France, Germany and England and there for is strengthening its after-sales services. The TEMSA Call Center was established in collaboration with an Austrian-originated company and will serve a 24/7 service in over 17 languages. The Free Roadside Assistance Service, valid for three years, TEMSA launched alongside the call center should assist into resolving any issues TEMSA customers
encounter. Roadside Assistance will be provided for free for three years to new model TEMSA Buses registered and manufactured as of 1 August 2023, within certain limits. Within the innovation of organization that took place in Europe last year, we aimed to be closer to our customers at every stage of after-sales process.”
