For the 20th time, Busworld Europe organises a competition for vehicles presented by exhibitors at Busworld Europe. Here you can find all necessary information.
Who can participate?
Vehicle manufacturers with a booth at Busworld Europe.
What vehicles are allowed?
There are 3 categories (bus - coach - intercity). If your vehicle meets the conditions of the category, you can participate. For more detailed information, please download the 'Busworld Vehicle Awards Rules & Regulations' below.
Important timings

| 16.06.23 | Deadline participation via online application form - 1 per vehicle |
| 21.07.23 | Deadline technical data sheet via online form - per vehicle |
| 29.09.23 | Delivery of the vehicle between 2pm and 7pm at Brussels Expo |
| 30.09.23 | Test day |
| 06.10.23 | Handover of the Grand Awards during the Opening Gala |
